Kit-Tea bubbletea — Restaurant in Rome

I ordered an Oreo milkshake and it was very unique. I’m not sure how they made it but it tasted almost like a thick mocha milk that was then mixed with 1/3 ice, and then it had chocolate balls on top with whip creme and an Oreo. They may have mixed in Oreo but this tasted more like a rich Coco than an Oreo shake which was way better than expected. More flavorful and rich. I wish they had not used canned whipped cream because if they had premium whip creme like all the cafes have then this would have been perfect. But I would buy again, highly recommend!
