Parco de' Medici Club — Restaurant in Rome

I really did not enjoy my stay here, people here are very hard face the employees rude as if you will ask for free stuff the restaurant was the worse the only day I found it open I walked in and the hostess told me they were closing in a minute Wich it was a lie it seems that she thought I did not have money I don't know but she let a couple of people in front of me so I felt descriminated she is so stupid tourist have money and she is missing sales I really hope that restaurant miss all sales...

I have been eating in this restaurant quite a bit (20 times). Food is quite good and prices are very reasonable, but the service is very bad. They are understaffed and overworked, so it is not unusual to have to wait for 30-40 minutes for your food. Often the waiters will walk right past you without even looking at you, even if you try to raise your finger/hand discreetly to signal that you need to talk to them.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, personale molto gentile, simpatico e accogliente, l'albergo pulito e confortevole, le camere ampie comode e anche luminose, abbiamo trovato in camera anche un microonde, tisane, the, e un frigo con delle bottigliette d'acqua, spazzolini, dentifricio, saponette ecc. Tutto a nostra disposizione, e vi posso assicurare che non è da tutti ... come benvenuto è davvero un bel gesto, entrare e trovare qualcosa che ci faccia pensare che hanno badato alle nostre prime esigenze.. noi ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo!! Lo consiglio a tutti, avevo letto delle brutte recensioni anche riguardo alla colazione, e smentisco per esperienza personale, non è vero che è scarsa e di pessima qualità, anzi.. ben fornita, addirittura abbiamo trovato le uova sode, per rendere l'idea di quanta scelta mettono a disposizione.... metterei una stella in più per un fatto particolare: quando siamo scesi a fare colazione io e mio marito abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse la possibilità di poter portare in camera una brioche per le nostre figlie che non erano scese perché dormivano, e non solo c'è stato concesso, ma addirittura ci hanno dato la possibilità di portare quello che preferivamo... questa cosa non ci era mai successa, ci hanno sempre negato la possibilità di farlo da altre parti ❤️ sono stati davvero carini per il loro gesto... torneremo sicuramente, per tutti i motivi positivi che...
