I must have chosen a difficult day to book. The owner and the servers were not in the mood for some manners, or basic customer service skills. Unwelcoming, rude and obnoxious. The waiter, an old white-haired guy, came back twice to correct what we ordered, cause he forgot. And upon paying, they would not provide an itemised invoice. Food was somewhat ok, nothing outstanding; it is all the rest that sucks. I think they got complacent, since they are always full and booked out. Accoglienza pessima, senza neanche un sorriso. Addirittura il signore situato dietro al bancone dinanzi all’ingresso alla domanda da parte nostra se ci fossero alternative senza glutine e senza lattosio ha finto di non capirci come se lo avessimo offeso, e dopo averci fatto ripetere la stessa domanda per ben 3 volte, ci ha riso in faccia come se avesse dato per scontato che noi venendo da Napoli, dovevamo già sapere che il locale era attrezzato per le intolleranze. Dopodiché ci ha domandato quanti ne fossimo per accomodarci essendo entrati nello stesso momento di atri due ragazzi che attendevano alle nostre spalle ma che non erano in nostra compagnia, alla nostra risposta: “siamo in 2” ci ha riso nuovamente in faccia e ci ha risposto che non vi era alcun posto per noi. La cosa che ci ha spinto a recensire è stata non solo l’arroganza e la superbia nell’accoglierci , ma soprattutto la richiesta da parte del signore del quanti ne fossimo, come se i posti a sedere appunto fossero disponibili, per poi dirci che per noi invece...

Very busy place and clearly frequented by locals but the host was amiable to reserve us a table 25 minutes later.
