I ragazzi Fabio e Alessandro fanno un'ottima pizza con una grande varietà di condimenti. Quando capita che sto a pranzo a casa da solo, ci passo volentieri e al banco trovo sempre una buona disponibilità. Si tratta della pizza in teglia classica romana, quella un po' bassa, ma è così che deve essere. La pizza è molto buona e anche un pezzetto in più non guasta certo la digestione. Ho visto che hanno la birra Ichnusa e già solo questo per me è positivo. Ottime le crocchette di patate ma soprattutto i supplì, in particolar modo...

Vorweg: Sehr, sehr netter Besitzer!

Unsere Pizzen waren vom Boden wirklich super, nur der Belag hätte etwas mehr Würze vertragen (bei unterschiedlicher Wahl), was schade war. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir kurz vor Ladenschluss kamen und die Pizzen nicht mehr "ofenfrisch" waren. Das Reisbällchen war hingegen super, und sehr gut gewürzt! Preise waren auch mehr als in Ordnung.

So würde ich diese Rezension gerne als positives Feedback verfassen, da ich denke, dass der Besitzer seine Fähigkeiten noch nicht ganz...
