Ristorante Buono Enoteca e Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Rome

We (my mum and me) spent nearly a week in a flat close to the restaurant. We went in this restaurant in the evenings (sometimes also around mid-day). My mum is a picky eater because of health issues, so she once complained about a pizza. The guys were very worried, asked what was going on and brought us a new pizza without putting the second pizza on the bill. Also, they all were very kind and respectfull. Prices are low and absolutly fair (the usual pizza magherita costs 8 eur) and the dishes are tasty. Appetizers - okay I ordered pappardelle on ragu, i got pappardelle on spinach and cheese (looked like it, tasted like it) I don’t know if we got bad batch of Tiramisu but we ordered 3 Tiramisu and all of them had really hard biscuits, like rocks. Didn’t feel a bit of coffee in it. Probably the worst tiramisu that we had in Rome. Otherwise food was okay. We’ve been there almost 2 and half hours which is quite a long time. And it looked like waiters didn’t probably care. Between each food we were waiting 20-30 minutes. Waiters were nice when they finally came but at the end we lost a lot of time and half of the food was...

Locale molto freddo, abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di aumentare il riscaldamento ma c'è stato detto che è al massimo. Mi sembra assurda come cosa. Inoltre ogni volta che viene aperta la porta d'ingresso arrivava un freddo esagerato.

Il cibo in sostanza era buono ma ho preso una bruschetta con pomodoro e basilico e mi è arrivato un pezzo di pane bruciato riempito a caso con pezzi di pomodoro sconditi, ho chiesto di mettere del basilico e del pepe ma è tornata indietro con una foglia contata di basilico e niente pepe....

Le chips purtroppo erano bruciate, abbiamo esposto la lamentela ma ci è stato riferito che quello è il colore normale. Bah.

Abbiamo preso un piatto di pasta, la qualità era ottima ma la quantità veramente scarsa e piatto poco curato.

Pizzottelle piene di olio e riempite a caso ma sopratutto rispetto al loro costo il contenuto è veramente scarso, e come se non bastasse ci avevano anche sbagliato ordine.

Qualità della pizza buona ma condimenti messi a caso, su una pizza le olive sono state buttate 6 di numero tutte le centro, in un altra con il pesto è stato fatto un cerchio al centro con il pesto penso messo con una bottiglietta dosatrice. In generale tutte le pizze con bordi bruciati.

Gli antipasti sono arrivati scoordinati rispetto alle pizze/primi, ad alcuni sono arrivati subito, ad altri sono arrivati insieme alle pizze. Non mi sembra corretto...

Wifi assente nonostante all'ingresso ci sia il logo che hanno il wifi.

Per quanto riguarda quindi in finale non lo consiglio e difatti non penso che torneremo; peccato perché il luogo è molto bello esteticamente. Prezzi assolutamente eccessivi in rapporto...
