Ristorante Giapponese Reinbo — Restaurant in Rome

I recently had the most disappointing experience at this so-called "all you can eat" restaurant. Despite the promise of variety, the reality was far from it. The owner was extremely rude and insisted we eat some bizarre fried flower powder, regardless of what we actually ordered. Our actual orders never arrived, and it seemed intentional.

To make matters worse, the prices were outrageous—double what you'd expect. On top of that, they force you to order for one person even if you’re paying for two, which is simply a scam.

The worst part of the visit was the lady at the cashier. She was incredibly unpleasant and seemed to take joy in making our experience miserable.

My husband and I were about to take the metro to city center (begrudgingly), after spending about an hour trying to find a sushi spot we were excited about. Left our hotel nearby, and almost immediate ran into Reinbo. And what a lovely surprise! We LOVED it. Service was so fast, ordering on a tablet.
