The place is nice, We were 4 and we tried the business or smart lunch. One Straccetti di pollo - It was good but a bit cold so he gave it 7/10

Two Straccetti di manzo - it was good same comment as the previous a bit cold hmmm i don't know if thats how it should be served 🤔, she gave it 8/10

Three Cheese burger - This was mine i liked it, i gave it 8.5/10

Four Bacon bbq burger + Ribs bucket(out of business lunch menu) - he liked it and gave 8/10

So at last we also took coffee and the Mini Fondant which was very good we gave it 9/10.

All of us gave the chips 10/10

In general It was a nice place we liked the presentation, service and they also had coloring for kids which was thoughtful and nice parking so for that 10/10.

Cena 24/04/2022. Non esistono parole per descrivere lo schifo di serata che abbiamo passato in questo ristorante. Prenotiamo un tavolo dall’app, file lunghe e lente per poter entrare tra chi doveva pagare, chi doveva sedersi e i rider per le consegne a domicilio; tutti ammassati, tutti nella stessa fila. Ci sediamo alle 21:15 e attendiamo di poter ordinare. Alle 21:40 ancora nessuno aveva preso il nostro ordine e chiediamo alla ragazza in camicia grigia di assisterci; ci viene risposto “dovete aspettare, abbiamo rallentato noi il servizio”. Una risposta del genere è assolutamente tollerabile, seppur poco professionale ma dal momento in cui il tavolo affianco a noi si siede dopo di noi e vengono prese immediatamente le ordinazioni allora pretendo che venga fatto lo stesso trattamento per tutti. Se c’è da aspettare tutti devono aspettare. Alle 21:50 oramai dimenticati dal personale chiediamo nuovamente di poter ordinare, Chiara è stata l’unica ragazza di tutto il personale che ci ha prestato attenzione, ha preso le ordinazioni e si è scusata per l’attesa. Alle 22:05 arrivano i piatti. Alle 22:15 chiediamo una seconda porzione. Ci portano 3 porzioni di costolette piccanti, noi le avevamo espressamente richieste normali. Da lì passa altro tempo. Altre lunghe attese. Innervositi e con la fame oramai passata ci alziamo e andiamo via; una volta in cassa la ragazza ci fa presente che erano usciti i piatti. Rifiutati e rimandati indietro. In cassa non ci si chiede nulla in merito all’esperienza della serata. Addirittura, tanto per concludere in bellezza, sullo scontrino ci viene aggiunto un menù in più, eravamo in 3 e abbiamo pagato per 4. Nessuna spiegazione, nessuna attenzione. Solo indifferenza, nervosismo e fretta. Una volta fatto presente veniamo rimborsati senza scusarsi per il problema. È comprensibile che abbiate una forte affluenza a cena, sono comprensibili i ritardi, ma alla base esiste il rispetto e l’attenzione per il cliente che in questa serata sono capisaldi sicuramente venuti a mancare. I was staying at the Caravel a quick bus ride away. There are access points to the restaurant from Cristoforo Colombo. The grounds are not well maintained but there are two pathways to the restaurant parking lot for pedestrians. The restaurant is spacious, brightly lit and clean. We were seated quickly and the a few of the wait staff members spoke English. Just ordered burgers (well done; however came out a little pink) All in all we enjoyed our burgers.
