Sacco Segreto — Restaurant in Rome

A deplorable experience! There were four of us, starving, and we ordered several dishes. One arrived quickly, another twenty minutes later… and the rest were never served, even after more than an hour of waiting! The restaurant was almost empty, so there’s absolutely no excuse. The service was unbearably slow, completely disorganized, and showed not the slightest respect for customers. The most shocking part? Not a single apology, not a word of empathy from the staff. Nothing.

As a result, two people didn’t eat, and we wasted both our time and our money. It’s shameful to make customers pay for such a disaster. We left and went to another restaurant — a real one, where people are...

Premetto che la mia prenotazione era alle ore 21:15 ,ma ci siamo seduti alle 21:30 da soli perché se fosse stato per loro stavamo ancora di fuori ad aspettare. Dopo 5 minuti finalmente ci hanno pulito il tavolo e portato i menù . In tutto ciò il tavolo ancora non era stato riapparecchiato , successivamente ci è stata presa l’ordinazione, dopo poco ci sono arrivati gli involtini che abbiamo mangiato senza bacchette o posate perché ancora non le avevamo. Da aggiungere che neanche l’ordinazione delle bevande ancora non ci era stata portata a tavola.Il personale inesistente, il ragazzo che ci ha servito non sembrava neanche un cameriere, vestito con una tuta sembrava quasi un cliente. Secondo il loro punto di vista questo ragazzo ,avrebbe dovuto gestire i pochi tavoli fuori e quelli dentro . Purtroppo del tutto incompetente e anche un po scortese, considerando che non dava importanza alle cose di prima necessità. Un’assurdità pensare che la gente che viene a mangiare all’interno di un ristorante ,si debba alzare da sola per prendersi le salse e le bevande. Per non parlare del posto sporco che dava proprio l’idea dello zozzo, un’altra scena raccapricciante è stata vedere questo individuo , che credo appartenesse alla cucina uscire in ciabatte e portare di fuori i piatti alla gente che aspettava. Il cibo lasciamo stare ,i ravioli che apparte quelli classici con carne di maiale alla piastra e quelli di manzo , gli altri immangiabili la pasta appiccicosa e il ripieno insapore.Per non parlare, delle restanti cose che forse è meglio non commentare, tutto questo cena terminata finalmente alle ore 23. It was lovely evening with delicious foods. We had riso, spiedini and ravioli. They all tasted very good. The environment was also very clean.

The only issue we had was that one of the staffs told us to order everything we wanted at once instead of ordering in one by one. I don’t think that’s a good way of treating your customers.
