I'M VERY SORRY THAT I CAN'T GIVE A RATING BELOW ZERO, BUT ONLY ONE.

We visited this place only once and that was by chance. Our sushi restaurant was closed and we had to come to this one. Just terrible service.... the waiters don't care about you, explaining something to them is a burden.

Ignorant, uneducated hillbillies...trying to work in the service industry.

The price for sushi is all inclusive (on weekdays 20 euros, on weekends 22) What is the difference?? Nobody explained... apparently they are working to find fools.

Price per child 16 euros (all inclusive). Our son is 6 years old. He weighs at most 20 kilograms. When we clarified and argued about the price, in their defense they said that perhaps he eats a lot... They are just IDIOTS. We agreed that we would order our son separately according to the price list.

Food takes an hour to prepare... Our son was very hungry and of course the first order was placed for him. Our order was brought to us, and only 30 minutes later to our son. Of course, we started feeding him from our orders (all inclusive). The waiter came up to us and said that we had to pay the full price (all inclusive for a child 16 euros) since we do not have the right to feed him from ours (all inclusive) because his order was separate at a different price.

I WILL NOT CONVEY IN WORDS THE FEELING OF A PARENT....

The food is raw... it’s not like they brought us one portion of sushi and it was raw, no, IT REALLY SENSE ALL THE FOOD WAS RAW, the rice was undercooked (ABSOLUTELY RAW), we crunched it like nuts, just like shrimp, squid and everything else ...

BECAUSE THE FOOD WAS RAW, OUR SON GOT SICK, Literally half an hour after we started eating.

WE DIDN'T EVEN FINISH WHAT WE ORDERED AND WE HAD TO PAY.

To my remark that our son GOT SICK because of their undercooked and RAW food, no one EVEN RESPONDED.

THEY DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE.

They said that everything was fresh.

If you know the meanings of SHOCK and SHOCKED STATE.... then at that point in time, WE WERE SHOCKED by what we experienced.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WISH ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE THE SAME, AND BE IN OUR SITUATION.

IN THE HOSPITAL, OUR SON HAD A STOMACH WASH....

THE FEELINGS AND EMOTIONS THAT WE EXPERIENCED AT THAT MOMENT, WHILE IN THE RESTAURANT AND LATER IN THE HOSPITAL, CAN NOT BE EXPRESSED IN SIMPLE WORDS.

BRUTTA ESPERIENZA! Ero un cliente abituale di questo locale e mi sono sempre trovato bene (prima di ieri) Ieri abbiamo cenato in 2 nella formula all you can eat. abbiamo ordiniamo varie portate, tra cui anche 2 insalate miste bollite con i funghi, Quando sono arrivate le 2 insalate, altre a non avere un bell'aspetto, queste emanavano un cattivo odore ed erano anche cattive, ed entrambie le abbiamo lasciate e abbiamo mangiato tutto il resto che avevamo ordinato. A fine serata passa da noi al tavolo la proprietaria, lamentando che avevamo lasciato le due insalate e che non era possibile lasciare il cibo al all you can eay e ci ha proposto di incartare per farci portare via (ovviamente sottinteso con una spesa aggiuntiva). Entrambi abbiamo fatto presente che avevamo lasciato le insalate perchè non ci erano piaciute e non perchè eravamo sazi. Lei continuava ad insistere ripetendo che non era possibile lasciare cibo e che ne avremmo dovuta ordinare una sola per assaggiarla. Arrivato in cassa, la proprietaria mi presenta il conto di 76,60! (2 x 29,90 per i coperti + 1 acqua + UN PIATTO AGGIUNTIVO DA 10 EURO) Nonostante ho ripetuto che non ero d'accordo a pagare per un piatto aggiuntivo, la proprietaria HA PREPOTENTEMENTE PRETESO IL PAGAMENTO AGGIUNTIVO di 10 EURO. Non ha dimostrato nessuna capacità di ascolto, LE INTERESSAVANO SOLO I SOLDI! anche a costo di discutere con un cliente abituale, davanti ai clienti! Ho pagato l'aggiunta da lei pretesa di 10 euro perchè ME LI HA PRATICAMENTE ESTORTI! Questa volta almeno, a differenza del solito, mi ha rilasciato la ricevuta anche se pagavo in contanti. Ero un cliente abituale e NON CI TORNERO' MAI PIU! certa gente non merita di avere un'attività. comportamente veramente vergognoso...

Buon ristorante etnico, con cucina cinese, giapponese e tailandese. Il locale è molto pulito, ordinato con un servizio celere e cortese. La possibilità del menù "all you can eat" (15€ a pranzo e 22 a cena), offre anche la possibilità di sbizzarrirsi tra i tantissimi piatti offerti dalla carta. Con questa formula, per rispetto ed evitare sprechi, viene giustamente chiesto di finire quanto viene ordinato. Occhio quindi a non farsi prendere troppo la mano. Il servizio del resto è molto veloce (salvo nel caso in cui ci sia il pienone) e quindi è facile ordinare poco per volta, dando modo di "tirare il fiato", chiacchierare con gli amici ed evitare di ingozzarsi come se fosse una gara. Il cibo è buono e, tra i ristoranti cinesi in zona, è quello che preferisco in assoluto. Eccellente ristorante per famiglie.I miei ragazzi ci vanno matti. Tutti i piatti sono disponibili anche per l'asporto. La cucina cinese è ottima. Non eccessivamente grassa e con tagli di bona qualità (non vengono rifilati gli scarti per intenderci). Il sushi è curato, ben tagliato e con una vasta (non vastissima) diversità di preparazioni. La mia preferita è però la cucina thai. davvero ottima.(suggerisco gli involtini che, a base di carne, sono decisamente più gustosi dei classici involtini primavera cinesi. Tutti i piati thai sono comunque di ottimo livello e offrono una valida alternativa alla tipica cucina cinese. Per varietà, pulizia e qualità, merita decisamente le 4 stelle. Facile trovare parcheggio e il conto (anche se non si opta per la formula "all you can eat") non spaventa più di altri locali più gettonati, ma decisamente di...
