Zucchero E Limone — Restaurant in Rome

I've spent a month in Italy. This is absolutely the WORSE restaurant of our entire stay. Our flights were cancelled and this was the dump we had food vouchers for. Once the worker found out we were comped our meals, they treated us like scum. For supper, we placed our orders (pizza) and watched as table after table received their food before us. For lunch I ordered sausage and broccoli and I received a patty of something, still pink inside with, a few roasted potatoes and a couple leaves of lettuce, while the local 2 tables down got a bowl of broccoli along with their order. My daughter ordered a hamburger and fries and she got a plate with a processed patty on it with no bread and had to ask for her fries. Waiter was very rude and basically told us we get water, if we wanted anything else to drink, we pay. 10 Euro for 4 cokes. Lufthansa, please review your choice where to send your delayed passengers. If possible, I suggest you avoid this place at all costs. This is the first time I've ever left any type of review on here for a restaurant, but I felt it was so bad, I might save someone else the incredibly bad experience we had. We came here as our flight was canceled. We stayed at the best Western next door and came here for lunch and supper. Service was horrible. They treat the hotel guests with no respect and provide a separate menu. 2 people in my ground ordered sauage and broccoli. When the food came, there was potatoes instead of broccoli. However the regular customers who ordered off the regular menu got their broccoli. 2 people ordered hamburger and fries. 1 person got 2 hamburger patties and no fries, the other person gor 1 hamburger patty. No bun, no condiments. Just a hamburger patty that was previously frozen.

Silly us, came back for supper. We were only allowed to order pizza and it took an hour for ot to come out. The other local customers were all getting their pizzas before us, when they ordered long after us.

Only water is included. I understand charging for wine/beer but we even had to pay for our coke zero's.

Spent 2 weeks in italy and had top notch service in all of our restaurants, but this place made you feel unwelcomed and like you were an inconvenience.

I would recommend anyone coming here due to a canceled flight to pay out of your own pocket and go to mcdonalds...

We ordered 2 veg pizzas and a soup. The pizzas were not the good but that was not the problem. After serving us the waitress did not care what we thought of the food while she kept asking the same at the next table. Since we did not have the exact change we paid 33% more than the bill in cash and waited for the change. To our surprise we were given back the change with15% tip charged by the restaurant itself, handed to us by the owner or someone other than the waitress. We felt like we were treated in a racist way, or as if we were some homeless people...
