I am amazed at the good reviews. Five of us went and it was one of the worst meals I have had in Italy. The guy was nice enough I guess, but the food was so incredibly salty it rendered it virtually inedible. And I like salt! The mussel soup wasn’t too bad except way too salty but the tuna with escarole was just awful. The escarole was inedible but the guy did get the cook to prepare another batch without salt, but the tuna was so salty as well it was still awful. Three people had the mixed seafood and reported it was dry and very unappetising. One person did not mind their ravioli. Such a shame as our hotel had recommended the place and it was a birthday. We went there upon recommendation from a local we were stating with. Really small restaurant that serve fresh fish and sea food as what could be described a simple dish. Make no mistake, simple does not mean easy as everything was cooked to perfection as only someone that has done for years could do. Highly recommend the fresh catch of the day that they can show you. While we waited, we recited a free appetizer that was great.

Only downside is that you pay the fresh catch per weight and it is difficult to estimate without sounding cheap! The house white...
