I do not understand why their grade is lower then other places in the region. The food is exactly as in many other ski slope or Siusi or Castelrotto restaurants: not bad, not extraordinary. I had schnitzel and it was great, all the kids had different pizzas ( and I didn’t like how they looked), and my daughters grilled salmon with vegetables ( very well cooked) and pasta with tomato sauce (good); their tiramisu was voted by the children as being better than in other places. French fries, like everywhere in this region: frozen ( I hate frozen potatoes). Service kind of slow but nice.
Side note, that I will add to all my reviews for the restaurants where we had dinner during our ski trip: they do not answer the phone, when they finally answer, if they answer they passed me to 2-3 different persons, they are not nice, not chatty, and basic basic English. I have not felt pampered in any of the restaurants - just a sheep among other 10000skiing sheeps; quite annoying
Side note 2: we came here the 2nd time for the salmon, and it was over😀. But we had anyway a good 2nd...
Read moreStopped at the restaurant because I saw a sign saying “arbeitersmenu” at 14€. However, once I got in we were told that the menu was available only for “workers” and people who go there “every day”. If you go there everyday, why do you need a sign saying there is a menu available for you?
We sat anyway and half of the options in the menu were not available.
Ordered a würstel + french fries for kids, however the würstel seemed just out of the fridge and slammed on the plate.
then we asked for grappa but we were told it was “not available”.
Last but not least, I went to the toilet after eating and saw a cockroach in the floor.

Chiedo di rifarla fare ma il cameriere contesta il fatto che sarebbe stata cruda...gli ho detto che al sangue, deve vedersi la carne "cruda" all'interno!!! Bene la riporta ed effettivamente era meno cotta, ma praticamente la carne non è scottata all'esterno ma sembra come se fosse appoggiata pochissimo su una piastra ormai tiepida. Pezzo di carne oltretutto secca... figuriamoci se fosse stata ben cotta!!! Non ho parole, 24,90€ di piatto per una fettina di carne sottile e cotta malissimo!!! La peggiore mangiata in vita mia!
