Basilico — Restaurant in San Bartolomeo al Mare

I have tried over 10 different pizzeria's in San Bartolomeu al Mare .( all of them were very good ) This was the worst . I can make a bet that if you buy a frozen pizza throw it in the oven for the right time , will be much tastier as what the chef made for me. The dough was to hard , overcooked. Too bad that you have a nice view , that view and location deserves top food and top serving . I recommend that you avoid this one and you go search something in the center of the city. The host/maitre was very accommodating in our request regarding where we'd like to be seated. He was great. Service all around was quick and attentive. Food is always good. We come at least once a year. My one suggestion would be to add a few plants or bushes to separate the tables from the sidewalk. When you're eating, it's weird to have people walk by your table literally in your plate. This would give a sense of privacy and coziness this place is missing. Overall great option in...

Sono stata in questo locale questa sera stessa e mi sono trovata benissimo. Lo stile del locale è essenziale, pulito e accogliente, con vista sul mare. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e il cameriere è stato gentile, accogliente, simpatico e mai invadente durante tutta la serata (non è una cosa scontata). La ciliegina sulla torta è il cibo. Eravamo in tre e ognuno ha preso un piatto differente, perciò posso dare qualche giudizio in più. La pizza è fatta nel tegamino e l'impasto viene fatto lievitare per 60 ore. Non sono una chef, ma da profana posso dire che la pizza (ho assaggiato la pizza "Don Pasquale") è ottima. Soffice e leggera, ma bella saporita. Io ho mangiato l'hamburger con il pollo. Molto semplice (pomodoro, lattuga, pollo e panino al latte fatto da loro), ma l'ho proprio gustato! Viene servito con delle patatine. Il pollo si scioglieva in bocca e non ho fatto fatica a mangiare il panino (ultimamente negli altri posti in cui sono stata mettono 1000 ingredienti negli hamburger e strane salse che inevitabilmente finiscono sparse qua e là nel piatto perché è impossibile mangiare in modo ordinato... scivola tutto!). Infine pasta con il salmone. Anche questa molto buona a detta di chi l'ha mangiata! La cena si è conclusa con uno squisito tiramisù. La crema era una vera delizia! Insomma, andate e gustatevi qualcosa dal loro menù! Il prezzo per tre persone, compreso anche il coperto e le bevande è stato di € 65,00....
