It is easy to just walk past Pizzeria La Carbonaia . The entrance is a small doorway into a modern, not too large restaurant. We were welcomed by a friendly service. We were served various dishes, ranging from risotto, pasta dishes to, of course, freshly baked pizza. All served swiftly (within 10-15 minutes). Each dish was really fresh and delicious. We returned a few times, every single time we enjoyed delicious food. Even on a Sunday we arrived unexpectedly, the restaurant was fully booked, yet the manager put in the effort for us to still enjoy a meal. Talking about hospitality! The restaurant was basically fully booked, but the waiter rearranged a bunch of tables and fit us in.
