We stumbled upon Il Vicolo Pizzeria on a Sunday night when it seemed like the entire town had shut down - it was literally the only place open! But what a lucky find! The food was AMAZING, with a completely local atmosphere that made us feel right at home - even as tourists. It was refreshingly non-touristy, with an authentic charm that's hard to find. And the food? Absolutely amazing! But the real showstopper was the chocolate tortino... it was truly out of this world! If you're looking for a genuine, local dining experience with good food, Il Vicolo Pizzeria is a must-visit.

Locale piccolino ma dove la gentilezza dei proprietari e la bontà del cibo la fanno da padroni. Di passaggio il giorno di Pasquetta, e nonostante l'infinità di pizze e di panini, che poi vedevo passare ed erano veramente invitanti, abbiamo optato per un antipasto molto abbondante per due, degli spaghettoni al ragù di Chianina ed una bella tagliata con i funghi porcini "veri". Tutte le portate erano accomagnate da una focaccia bianca appena sfornata. Tutto ottimo e abbondante con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

The prosciutto pizza and tiramisu (traditional and pistacchio) were delicious. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made the whole experience truly unique! Grazie mille!
