One of our favorite meals in San Vito. We split an app, two mains, and dessert, and it was more than enough food. The octopus appetizer was probably my favorite, as it was a unique preparation we hadn't had yet - instead of being grilled, it was a chilled salad that was so incredibly refreshing and unexpected. The seafood pasta was delicious - they use a local shape called busiate that is so fun and very Sicilian. The fish had an incredible sauce and young fig pickles. Dessert was a molten pistachio cake. The service was very sweet, and they are very accommodating if you're trying to practice your Italian slowly.

We had a really nice dinner there The burrata salad was one of the best i ever had with caramelized almonds... My pastas a la norma were pretty good, the local wight vine too and cherry on top the tiramisu was amazing 🥰 Smiling and efficient staff, well decorated place with open kitchen : all perfect 2 salads, 2 pastas, water, wine and 1 tiramisu for less than 70 EUR which is quite ok considering the high quality food we had I highly recommend it ❤️

Probably our best experience in San Vito. The food was delicious, service was very attentive and friendly - I’d like to highlight that compare to other parts of Sicily, Dan Vito lo capo did not stand out for friendliness at all at all! - so that’s why we felt very pleased to have gone to Lo Stagnone, as the evening went very pleasant. All staff members were friendly and even the owner of the restaurant and the cook himself came to say hello.

Wow wow wow! No referrals but I found this place by chance. Exceptional food and attention to detail for this dining experience. They make the solo diner feel welcome. Modern Air conditioned airy dining room. Excellent wine list and friendly service. The tuna tartare on cous cous starter was too die for..fresh, light and tasty. Yum is all I can say! Highly recommend

Ristorante dove regna l'atmosfera famigliare unita alla professionalità e all'eleganza.

excellent dinner! we had grilled octopus as a starter to share, then one pasta with swordfish and aubergine and one grilled (giant) calamari. everything was flavoursome, service was fast, and prices moderate. would highly recommend. went back for another dinner... even better than the first one. the "tortino al pistacchio" dessert is to die for!
