U Paninu — Restaurant in San Vito Lo Capo

These were probably the most tasteless sandwiches I've had in my life.

We had the crochette and panelle, which were as simple as they sound. Bread with fried croquettes or fritters. No sauce, no veggies, no pickles, no taste. Very dry on their own.

Maybe other paninis are better, or this is the Sicilian taste, but I honestly I don't understand how they can sell something like this.

Perfetto. Was able to order in "English" :) (friendly and helpful staff), the food is great, very tasty and affordable. Tried Panini panelle, arancina with ragu and pizza. Arancina is very good, and especially the pizza. Also very close to the beach, if you are nearby, so great for a beach...

we visited upaninu every day of our vacation. Super friendly and the best arangine and canolli! Every thing tastes so good and in addition you also learn the most important words in italian for ordering food :-). Looking forward to visit them next...
