This was one of the worst experiences I've had in Italy in terms of restaurants. At first the waiters were very friendly and very convincing about the menu. We just gave the benefit of the doubt and got screwed. Simple a confusion on my plate instead of fusion. After complaining about the dish I received for example a dish called sashimi in addition to seviche they became defensive and rude and the manager even caused unnecessary drama. Amateurs and miserable. second problem , dessert supposedly: Fresh and grilled pineapple , unfortunately 200% tested like canned Del momte. At the end of dinner we were forced to pay for the uneaten food, something over €224.00. Tomorrow we will have a new day and we hope that the rest of our vacations will be in peace and harmony and that this terrible experience with these miserable people will not destroy many of the wonderful moments we have had so...

Our visit to SOUL in Sanremo was extraordinary. This restaurant offers an exquisite seafood experience with the freshest ingredients we’ve ever tasted. The staff went above and beyond to make our meal unforgettable – they were incredibly friendly, efficient, and attentive.

We were particularly impressed when we requested tempura shrimp, which wasn’t even on the menu, and they graciously prepared it for us. It was absolutely delicious!😍👏🏼

The olive oil served at our table was another highlight – it came from a local farm, and its quality was outstanding. We were so impressed that we immediately looked up the farm online and plan to order some for ourselves.
