THE WORST experience we have ever had. The staff was super rude , no one knew how to speak English nor did they make an effort to try to understand us, simply ignoring us. We ordered a pizza and two focacces but as they didn't speak English we couldn't communicate correctly and so instead of bringing us the 3 dishes we ordered they only brought 2 and still wanted to charge 3. Then, when we went to ask for the bill I tried to explain that we had not received our order in full and that the our experience had been very bad. The response from the older woman who worked there and who didn't know how to speak English was to respond by SCREAMING "if you don't know how to speak Italian, go away". We had a pleasant experience at Gigi Bar in Santa Marinella. The food we ordered was good. It’s a nice spot to enjoy a quick bite near the beach.

The prices are fair, especially considering the location, which tends to attract higher tourist rates in addition to vacationinglocals. It's nice to find a place that balances quality and affordability in such a popular area.

One thing worth mentioning: while the service was friendly, a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the tables would definitely improve the overall experience. A quick wipe-down between customers would go a long way.

Very bad service. They are friendly if you talk to them, but not careful enough. When we were there, only two other tables were occupied, all other tables were empty, still they didn't even bring us the menu. We told that we want to eat dinner, the waitress told us we have to wait half an hour, which was okay, we waited, after one hour the other guests were already eating -even the second dish- but noone asked us anything. The waiters looked like they care more for their own thing, for example smoking, chatting with each other or sending voice messages on their mobile phones.
