Stunning fish dinner, wouldn’t know where to start.. I got a kingfish carpaccio with orange sauce and bottarga which melted in the mouth followed by crispy tuna fillet with a salted yoghurt sauce which was equally marvellous. The rest of the family got mixed hot and cold starters which would have been satisfying enough, some of the highlights being sea bass croquettes, cuttlefish salad with raspberry citronette and grilled octopus with celery root and confit tomatoes but everything was delicious. The service was attentive and kind and the location, in a back road under maritime pines felt quite exclusive and peaceful. I understand the place has a fairly new management and re-opened only a few months ago, I hope it won’t change when it’ll become undoubtedly more successful. I’ll definitely go back next time...
