Attimo — Restaurant in Santu Diadòru/San Teodoro

When i entered restaurant with my mom, sister and girlfriend. The waitress rolles eyes and sighted (hard not to notice). Pizza was fine/average just like normal pizza but man, that was first ever vacation by the sea for my mom and first restaurant on a first day of a trip and i really wished my mom would have great experience on her first day, especially that she worked many years as a waitress herself. But it was not personal, she was doing that with everybody, i can remember older italian couple entering restaurant with smiles, but their smiles went away pretty quickly.

This place serves the best pizza in San Teodoro. You have to look good as it didnt show up searching for ‘Pizzeria’ and is a little outside of center (5mins walk max). Nonetheless this is the real deal. If you’re looking for neapolitan style pizza, this is the place. Furthermore the host as well as the waitress are really welcoming and nice, they both go an extra mile to satisfy their clients. There is also a pool table and other games you can play, we spent there hours as we felt really welcomed and we liked the atmosphere. It was really affordable and delicious! Go and check...

La pizza era buona. Poi, abbiamo aspettato più di un’ora senza sapere nulla riguardo al nostro ordine. Ogni volta che passavano avevano in mano pizze non ordinate da noi, completa disorganizzazione. Abbiamo visto un cameriere strappare una comanda sepolta nel taccuino un’ora dopo che l’abbiamo presa, spero proprio non fosse la nostra. Inoltre, se ciò non bastasse, una delle cameriere era particolarmente sopra le nuvole mentre l’altro fumava e beveva in servizio in mezzo ai tavoli, dove, specialmente fumare, era vietato (DA COME LORO STESSI CI HANNO DETTO) Manca rispetto e base della comunicazione sociale umana con un cliente. Non chiediamo di essere trattati come milionari, ma almeno come persone che vogliono mangiare una semplice pizza senza passare troppi inconvenienti. Oltretutto, avendo visto che comunque c’erano diverse persone, siamo stati tranquilli e silenziosi senza richiamare il personale durante quell’ora per non stressare nessuno, eppure non ci è stata fornita nemmeno spiegazione di cosa fosse successo. (Ci hanno detto che c’erano tanti ordini d’asporto, ma ci siamo un po’ girati quando abbiamo visto che persone, arrivate particolarmente diverso tempo dopo di noi, stavano ricevendo i loro piatti) Per quanto riguarda il cibo, la pizza perché non abbiamo mangiato altro, è consigliabile. Per il servizio spererei in un miglioramento dato che così mi avete fatto passare la voglia di tornare. Grazie e...
