SWING lost in wonder — Restaurant in Sarnico

We visited this place today (12 July 2025 around 10:00- 10:30 AM) for a breakfast, drawn in by its beautiful exterior and stunning view. The setting is truly lovely, and the food was fresh and very good — exactly what you'd hope for in a relaxing morning out.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by the attitude of the lady who served us. From the start, her tone was rude and unwelcoming. When we asked if pistachio brioche was available, her response was abrupt — “don’t have” — without offering any alternatives.

We tried to overlook this and ordered something else, hoping the mood would improve, but it didn’t. At one point, we politely asked if we could move to a nearby table with a better view (after the previous guests had left), but instead of accommodating or simply explaining nicely, she raised her voice and refused, saying she was busy and the table needed to be cleaned.

When our drinks arrived, they were served with what felt like even more attitude bitter, both literally and figuratively, almost thrown onto the table.

It’s disappointing to start your day with such energy, especially in a place that has so much potential. A bit of basic training in customer service and manners would go a long way here. If the management is reading this and wants to address the issue, we were there on 12 July 2025 around 10:00 -10:30 AM.

Beautiful venue and great food, but sadly let down by poor service.

I will post it on TripAdvisor for the same reason: teach the lady...

Pessimo locale e camerieri MALEDUCATI! Nel momento in cui ci è stato servito da bere, il cameriere, evidentemente senza esperienza, nell'appoggiare le bevande mi ha rovesciato addosso la birra: avevo i capelli pieni zeppi, la schiena bagnata fradicia e in più anche il piumino rovinato pieno di birra. Nessuno a chiedere se servisse una mano ma anzi, lo staff lo ha preso sul ridere e come se nulla fosse mi si butta la carta sul tavolo come per dire "toh, pulisciti" e nemmeno l'accortezza di pulire il tavolo, abbiamo dovuto fare da soli! Mi è stato detto che se volevo potevo andare ad asciugarmi sotto l'asciugatore per le mani che perlopiù non funzionava nemmeno. Ci siamo alzati e siamo andati via. Sconsigliatissimo. Vi consiglio di fare qualche passo in più che troverete sicuramente di meglio. Non è così che si...

Buongiorno è la seconda volta che vengo da voi,ed entrambe le volte mi sono trovato purtroppo male.dico purtroppo perché il locale è bello i vostri prodotti sono buoni ma il servizio è incapibile da cliente....ti siedi ai tavoli e non viene nessuno a prendere le ordinazioni ,il caffè ho dovuto ordinarlo 4 volte.stamattina ci siamo seduti al tavolo ma non è venuto nessuno per l ordinazione.ho dovuto io chiamare la ragazza.fatta l ordinazione per un tost ci sono voluti 30 minuti..il locale non era nemmeno pieno.peccato perché con un servizio così sono costretto ad andare al bar dopo di voi dove fai un ordinazione e ti portano tutto subito..come ripeto peccato perché il...
