We got this amazing restaurant recommended by a friend. And it was the perfect evening for us. We had a personal welcome and through the complete evening an excellent service. If you are in this restaurant, you will know it is not only Carlo, it's all the staff brining their passion into this place and giving you an outstanding experience. We had the private room in the wine cellar. This makes the experience even more extraordinary. The service was always around and helped us to find the right choice on the italian menu. But they were never obtrusive. The food was varied and you feel the love the kitchen brings into each and every meal they serve. So we can strongly recommended to visit Carlo and his team if you are looking for an outstanding evening in Savona.

Well thought and researched, with local ingredients (mostly) but also ingredients from all over the world (some) with very good experimentation and calculated risks resulting in excellent dishes and a great menu overall. In addition, a beautiful atmosphere and environment ; efficient and high quality service make a unique experience for the love of food and much more.....!! Congratulations to Carletto...

Tutto bene ma non indimenticabile.

Le 3 stelle hanno dunque volontà di voler essere sprono per lo Chef (una grande persona con un'immensa passione) e la sua brigata.

Perché c'è tutto. Una location davvero unica ed esclusiva, un menù che vuole stupire e (appunto) al timone una persona da cui traspare l'orgoglio del proprio lavoro e delle proprie idee.

Per approccio, presentazione, qualità (e anche prezzo) siamo evidentemente davanti ad un ristorante di elevato livello.

Volendo valutare il Carletto Private Restaurant su questo piano forse c'è qualcosina da migliorare sul servizio (con qualche pecca di troppo) e alcuni dettagli nell'esecuzione e nella presentazione dei piatti... Dal cui livello ci si aspetta il Top senza compromessi.

Chiaramente torneremo perché magari è stata solamente una serata "un po meno dritta del solito" ... In quanto comunque, come già detto, l'esperienza è stata positiva e la qualità c'è.
