Beautiful Port 👍 Port of Savona (Italian: Porto di Savona) is a port in Savona, Italy. It is the fourth cruise port by number of passengers in Italy, with 1,300,000 people in 2013. Adjacent to the historic centre of Savona, the port of Savona has been active from the Middle Ages and has always been crucial for the economy of the regional capital and its hinterland. The port is very nicely build and it gives you the access to the modern side of Savona city. There are plenty of nice places to see around the port. The best thing in the port is to see vertical glass structure, the ferries station for corsica, sardinia and Sicily where you will find mega ships. The bascule bridge (opening/closing for ships) of the port is the best thing to see for the children. 😊

Lovely port and easy to access. The port itself is not large, but the cruise terminal is superb and very modern. There is an upper floor with balconies on each side looking in every direction, together with a cafe linking to an outside decking area looking over the port. Staff are very helpful and organised. The taxi was able to drop us directly outside the main entrance.

Nice place and as it's a tourist attraction the place is full of restaurants,shoppings either cheap or expensive both.you can buy lots of souvenir and hand made Italian artifacts and sculptures.The place is very lively but at night most of the shopping closes and very few paces are open although on weekends there is a lot of crowd and places are open till late night

We embarked at this port. We had a wonderful experience in the cruise. Enjoyed all the 3 days we stayed there. Food was good. Entertainment was reasonable & other facilities like our room stay was comfortable. During halts we could disembark the ship & fix up the tour of the city where ever the halt occurred. We are very happy.

City Tours - Savone: ~ 30 min - 7€ Le conducteur voulait qu'on descende avant d'avoir effectué le tour complet pour récupérer d'autres personnes. Sauf qu'aucune information n'a été donnée à ce sujet lors de la vente. ! Refusé! sauf si cela ne vous dérange pas de visiter ! La femme (en rose) ne voulait aucunement donner des informations sur les monuments où l'on passe devant avec le train. Madame: "no, no, no, no" 🤣. Regarde sur la carte affichée - dit-elle, sauf que c'est tout flou et nous ne connaissons pas cet endroit, venons juste de débarquer !!! Elle parlait avec son collègue en bleu, pas très gentiment sur nous - pensant qu'on ne comprenait pas. Les gens ne sont pas idiots même si nous ne parlons pas la même langue.... 😆 Madame no, no, no , apprenez à être plus aimable (je tiens à préciser je lui ai demandé des informations lorsqu'il n'y avait aucun client autour)
