Beautiful place but take care !! It's a scam for foreigner tourist, a racket : if you don't speak italian, they don't give you the menu, you don't know the real price, even when you ask for it. Everything is going very fast, they push you to eat antipasti and then the main dish without telling you any prices (even when you ask it). The real prices are : 15€/person for good antipasti (but not something marvelous and very few), 15€/person for main dish + bread and drink.... so at least, you pay 90€ (For 2 persons) for not a so good restaurant... in Italy, for 90€, you can eat two or three times in good places. The best appears when the boss explained us that he knew the real price in french restaurants !! (so what !!! We have to pay the french price everywhere...) this guy is a crook. The ladies working there are very nice. Food also taste good (just normal good). But the portions are extremely small which makes this place a bit expensive. Also 12 € added to our bill 😡 5€ for 2 people "coperto" (this is what I understand , it is everywhere so it's normal) and another 7€ ⁉️⁉️⁉️ - we paid it because I'm not one of those who makes complaints. if I want to give tip, I choose how much ... and yes, the staff working there deserves tips because they are really nice. Also all the millions of decorations everywhere . First impression it looks great. Really have a special atmosphere. But also not all.of them were clean. Fans were working and I had a feeling that some dust goes down to the plate. But they do deserve 4 stars...

Buongiorno, volevo chiarire sulla recensione negativa scritta l'altro giorno e discutere sulla risposta che abbiamo ricevuto, che, a mio parere, ci ritrae molto egoisti. Innanzitutto vorrei parlare del problema che abbiamo riscontrato nella cannuccia, trovo che il vostro punto è estremamente scorretto poiché giudicate l'utilità della cannuccia in base all'età del cliente. Come clienti, avremmo preferito ricevere o un avvertimento o la comunicazione della mancanza della merce che avremmo sicuramente compreso di più rispetto a ricevere qualcosa che non potremmo utilizzare. Il secondo punto che avete menzionato è stato il bicchiere da "grappa" che utilizzate come bicchieri da vino da più di 40 anni. Il fatto che lo servite da molto tempo non implica il fatto che il vino vada servito in calici. L'origine del vino in calici in italia era presente già dall'antica Roma. Il calice è un bicchiere apposito per gustare al meglio il vino, non sto certamente dubitando le vostre competenze nella materia ma per quanto ci riguarda il bicchiere che usate non è adeguato per servire il vino. Il fatto successivo che vorrei rispondere sono i gamberetti. Volevo comunicare che siamo a conoscenza del fatto che i gamberi si mangiano sbucciati. La parte scura del gambero si trovava all'interno del gambero e non fuori. Abbiamo gradito il servizio e il locale, ma abbiamo sgradito altamente il cibo che ci è stata servita, dandoci ragioni per dare una propria opinione negativa. "Porzioni abbondanti" trovo che sia un termine esagerato per le porzioni che ci sono state servite, non abbiamo lasciato nulla, certo, perché non ci piace lo spreco. Il gusto non lo abbiamo gradito perché abbiamo trovato tutto poco saporito, e, guardando le altre recensioni lasciate abbiamo notato che più persone hanno riscontrato questo problema e voi avete attaccato ognuna di queste. Abbiamo trovato il prezzo molto alto visto che abbiamo mangiato ristoranti migliori con anche qualità migliori per prezzi inferiori. Ci dispiace se abbiamo giudicato il libro dalla copertina, anche perché ci avevate davvero dato una bella prima...
