Pesce D'Oro Ristorante-Pizzeria — Restaurant in Savona

I can't understand the good reviews with the best will in the world. I was there last friday with my girlfriend - we both didn't like the food. The salad in particular was anything but fresh. When we wanted to pay, we asked the owner of the restaurant several times and he just wouldn't budge. I would understand if it had been busy... but we were the only guests! He preferred to type on his cell phone in the far corner of the restaurant. When I went to the toilet, my girlfriend managed to pay. We were waiting for 10 minutes before someone came to give us a table. After being seated, we waited for 10 min before they came to take the order. After 10 min they brought us the water that we've ordered with no glasses on the table. I stood up and took from another free table that was next to ours. We were served after a long time and way after many others who came after us. The pizzas were good but the service was zero. Just to add that there were not a lot of people at the time. Never coming back here for...

In una serata con poca affluenza Cucina in difficoltà, sevizio tempisticamente sbagliato, anticipato per me che ho dovuto mangiare da solo prima di tutti i miei amici che sono stati serviti in momenti diversi Camerieri gentili e disponibili ma poco istruiti sul menù (non sapevano cosa fosse una gratinatura o impanatura) per una persona che ha intolleranze/allergie può diventare un grave errore Il cibo non spiccava di gusto ma il peggio sono le porzioni misere in paragone al prezzo (bistecca di tonno), molto sottile, servita con senape (alla quale sono intollerante e un limone non maturo)... In sostanza l'impiattamento sbagliato e prezzo alto per la quantità Piatto di cozze alla marinara invece normale nulla da dire A pasto concluso, alla richiesta di un caffè ci hanno risposto di averlo finito Ci chiedono se possono offrire un amaro (parole loro:"ce lo siamo meritati") ... Ci arriva il limoncello, che non è un amaro, per lo più all'apparenza diluito L'unica cosa che meritavamo era uno sconto, in 5 persone 110€ nessuno entusiasta o visibilmente contento

Suggerirei, se mi è concesso, un leggero addestramento... ...al personale sulla terminologia culinaria ...in cucina sulle tempistiche d'ordine
