We were in Savona as a group of friends of 7 people. We had the train tickets so we told them that we are in a hurry and they managed to serve the food (6 pizza) in time, just like how they promised. Even tho they served the food so fast, it was the best pizza I’ve had in Italy ( I had ‘Nduja Pizza. The pastry was perfect and especially the amount of spice was exactly how you’d expect from a good ‘Nduja pizza. Not very strong but also makes you feel it. The spice has its own taste which fits perfectly with the rest. Strongly recommended). The amount of food is really enough for everybody to get full. All the equipment they use, from kitchen to the plates, glasses, forks and knives are the high quality equipment. Everybody was so nice, kind and yet, professional. One other thing to mention is its location. It was around 6.30 pm that we’ve been there and it was so peaceful. The restaurant is in the centre and yet, so isolated, which what I’d personally prefer. So in general, this restaurant offered to me and to all of my friends one of the best pizzas we had in Italy. I can’t wait to try other food from them, and enjoy my time...
Read moreHonestly i have a lot to say about this restaurant and can’t really mention one thing that was wrong. so initially when we first got there we choose this because of the vibes because it’s really family owned type of restaurant and those ones are always the best we sat down and there was only pizza on the menu but we really wanted to eat pasta so we stood up and proceeded to leave and one of us went inside to tell them as soon as she said there isn’t any pasta they were like yes there is well make it for you. There are a few options, but we tried out almost all of them and they were more than perfect. I’ve never eaten pesto like this before. Everything was home-made so to me it was just the best experience, the owner also came out to talk to us to tell us about the pasta. He was really sweet and really inviting and we had to go back another time again and the first dinner after we paid the bill, we even got limoncello as a gift so this place...
Read moreOrdered from Deliveroo, arrived 1 hour late (21:20) compared to original estimated time (20:20). no-one called me from the restaurant. At 20:30 I called the restaurant and they said they would deliver in the next 15 minutes (meaning 20:45) - they didn't. At 21:10 I called again to ask them not to send the pizza as it was now 50 minutes late. They blamed the fact they were busy (fair enough) but that doesn't justify accepting an order you can't deliver in my opinion and most of all, not informing your client. Anyways they said the pizza would come in the next 10 minutes, which it finally did. Overall the delivery was 1 hour late without receiving a sign. When it finally arrived the pinza was mediocre: chewy and cold. Disappointed and irritated, I don’t think I'll be using deliveroo any longer and definitely won't go or order from to this...
