Vini eccellenti e cocktail fantastici ma la vera sorpresa è la cucina: Piatti fantasiosi e squisiti! Taglieri di salumi e formaggi incredibili (Angus affumicato e tome valdostane su tutto). Primi eccellenti (un piatto del giorno di strozzapreti e gamberi al lume da paura) e gazpachi con spada! Poi secondi di gran livello e dessert (la nuvola e il Tresoresso (consigliatissimi!!!)

In assoluto il posto migliore per bere un bicchiere di vino a Sestri. Vini veri, non omologati, scelti nel panorama italiano ed europeo fra i migliori produttori storici ed emergenti. Per chi non ama le cose convenzionali e cerca l’autenticità dei sapori, nel bicchiere e nel piatto. Bravi Paolo ed Enzo, torneremo sicuramente!

We were frequent customers of the old place here and were very hopeful that the new owners would be fantastic - and we are beyond thrilled with the new offering!! We have already been a few times for a few glasses of wine - whatever your taste they have something for you! Tonight we decided to have dinner here. With the help of the most welcoming and knowledgeable owners, we made our own degustation with matching wines, and it was all truly delicious. Real food, real hospitality, the true experience of Italian wine. We want to come back next week for the new season menu.
