Pessimi. Dopo averci portato la carne fredda e immangiabile ( in uno dei due piatti c’era solo grasso) ci è stato detto che l’avrebbero riscaldata. In 1 minuto riportano il piatto al tavolo e la carne era comunque fredda. La signora alla cassa non si è scusata ma anzi, ha detto che non era possibile. Non abbiamo potuto mangiare e abbiamo rimandate indietro il piatto per intero (in quanto dura e fredda). La signora alla cassa ci ha fatto €8 di sconto molto scocciata perché pensava che era una scusa per non pagare, facendo delle battute anche offensive, invece avremmo solo voluto mangiare un bel piatto di carne calda e PAGARLA. Trotz meiner vorherigen Bedenken bin ich in Italien in ein Restaurant das den USA Flair vorgibt. Naja das sollte man grundsätzlich nicht machen. Es war nicht schlecht aber man hat eben in Italien grundsätzlich hohe Ansprüche an das Essen. Und deswegen kann ich jetzt nicht die volle Punktzahl geben. Auf jeden Fall würde ich die frittierten Gerichte meiden. Die Mozzarella Sticks waren nicht wirklich gut wurden wohl in der Fischfriteuse zubereitet. Die Steaks waren hingegen vom Garpunkt sehr gut und abgehangen waren Sie auch. Also eigentlich wirklich okay eben an Italien gemessen...
