Old Wild West — Restaurant in Siena

Well it was a bit disappointing. I was waiting for my train and couldn’t go far from the station, so I chose this restaurant. On the entrance there was a big promo “Magnificent 4” or something like that for 4 different dishes for 5,9 € per each. Well the burger that I ordered wasn’t brilliant, bread was really dry and sauce really acid, but for this price it was ok. But when I payed , the total price was 1,5 € more expensive. The said it’s for service. Of course there was no information in English about it, but even I just can’t even call that “service”. First the waiter gave me another dish of someone else, changed it when called him, and bring the wrong dish to the other client. Not so smart, during the pandemic, isn’t it? It was only one and only communication between me and the waiter, even to pay you have to go to the bar. For which service I paid? Not a great experience here. Coming from the UK. A steakhouse that doesn’t serve fillet steak is ridiculous, asked for Medium and apparently you have it how they cook it here like it or lump it .Waitress was completely rude and had a face like a slapped bottom and didn’t want to know. Wasn’t helpful and wasn’t interested came across that she didn’t like the English. Food was okay not awful. Waited 20mins for the plates to be cleared before they said we needed to pay the bill at the till after walking away from us and trying to hide. Food was delicious and our sever Roxana was amazing but the ginger guy behind the bar needs to fix his attitude. There should be no reason for someone to get mad about asking for another beer. I counted this guy make 15 beers before he even thought about mine. I had to walk up to the bar and ask him again! It seemed as if he did not want to make it. That is horrible customer service and would not fly back in America. He should not be working there if he doesn’t want to please customers who are trying to enjoy a meal.
