Premiata Braceria Toscana — Restaurant in Siena

Premiata Braceria Toscana was quite enjoyable! The pasta dishes were well executed and delicious. They have an extensive list of various beef that you can select from. This can be slightly intimidating, but the waiters were able to explain and offer their recommendation. The side dishes offered were lacking in quality in comparison such high quality cuts of steak. The included side dishes were potatoes, 2 sliced roasted pieces of bell pepper and plain white beans. It's definitely what I would consider this restaurant's weakness. Otherwise, the dessert was delicious.

My last comment would be in regards to the outside seating. If you are seated outside, try to avoid tables under the trees in their garden. The tree above our table had ants and they would sometimes fall on our table. Really not a big deal, but still not super pleasant.

If you're in Siena and want a quiet dinner away from the main city, this restaurant is a good bet and it's actually kind of cool to see the trains arriving at night in the background of...

My wife and I went to Premiata Braceria Toscana for the Fiorentina but upon talking to our server we went with the ribeye instead since we don’t typically enjoy a t-bone. We were super pleased with the quality and taste of the steak. We chose the Sakura Hanami variety. They have a great selection of beer, wine and liquor. The service was excellent and the food was divine. The charcuterie appetizer was amazing, the highest quality meats, cheeses and condiments to complement them. The steak was excellent in both taste and tenderness. Sides very good. I recommend following the staff’s suggestions when selecting a cut and type of beef. My wife had the tiramisu and I had the creme brûlée for dessert and we both had an excellent port to go with them. Highly recommended if you are looking for a traditional tuscan...

If you are vegetarian or vegan: Stop reading now. This excellent restaurant might have something on the menu for you - but to be honest: It is all about meat. And they excel at this. Take time to study the menu - there is a huge selection and you will have the difficulty to choose. We had the Italian Frieasian and it was perfect. The service was really good. Don't be fooled by the fact that the location near to a station. Im Germany, the UK and many other places - it would be a warning sign - here it the best place for a good...
