The prices of the dishes and the coperto on the menu were different from those on the bill. Instead of bringing the bill to the table, they send you inside where they first show the prices on a screen. Only upon request do they provide a paper bill. When I pointed out to the waiter that the prices on the bill were higher than those on the menu, he arrogantly responded that the paper menu was outdated, and the valid prices were under a QR code (a PDF in a Google Drive account, which seemed unprofessional). It turned out that every printed menu and the English online menu were outdated, while the Italian online menu had the correct prices, causing the discrepancy.

Sono stato recentemente alla Pizzeria Il Grottino a Sirolo e devo dire che ne sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto. La qualità delle pizze e degli altri piatti presenti sul menù è davvero eccezionale.

Iniziamo dalle pizze: sono semplicemente deliziose. L'impasto è perfettamente lievitato, leggero e croccante. Gli ingredienti utilizzati sono freschi e di ottima qualità, si sente che c'è cura nella scelta delle materie prime. Le combinazioni di gusti sono equilibrate e ben bilanciate, offrendo una vasta scelta per tutti i palati. Personalmente, ho provato la loro pizza Margherita e devo dire che era una delle migliori che abbia mai assaggiato. Il pomodoro fresco, la mozzarella di bufala e il basilico si fondono perfettamente insieme, creando un sapore semplice ma estremamente appagante.

Ma non è solo la pizza che merita lode. Ho avuto anche l'opportunità di assaggiare la frittura di pesce e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza gustativa memorabile. La frittura era croccante e leggera, senza tracce di unto in eccesso. Il pesce era freschissimo, con una consistenza morbida e sapore delicato. La porzione era abbondante, ma non eccessiva, il che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole.

Inoltre, il personale del ristorante era cordiale e attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Il servizio è stato rapido ed efficiente, senza farci attendere troppo a lungo per i nostri piatti.

Il Grottino è situato in una posizione incantevole a Sirolo, con una vista panoramica mozzafiato. L'ambiente è accogliente e piacevole, perfetto per una serata tranquilla in compagnia di amici o familiari.
