Mi sono trovato bene. In tre abbiamo preso due menù degustazione (50€ cad) ed il terzo due piatti alla carta. Il locale è molto caratteristico (sia all’esterno perché posizionato in un palazzo storico di Spilimbergo) sia all’interno. Non troppi posti a sedere (positivo questo). Il personale di servizio è cortese ed attento. Addirittura, avendo preso un primo alla carta abbiamo ricevuto (per chi aveva preso il menu) un piccolo assaggio anche del primo. Qualità sopra la media e ricercatezza di alcuni piatti, ne fanno un locale di indubbia distinzione. Considero comunque il conto (196€) leggermente alto, ma comprendo che i continui aumenti di energia e materie prime possano incidere....
