This was a new restaurant for us to try in Sulmona. Is location is tucked away in a back street with a lovely large and private courtyard. I think the dining atmosphere here in the summer will be lovely. As it was, it was winter and dark and we ate inside. It is tastefully decorated and roomy but with high lighting, no candles etc., it has that slight ‘dining hall’ quality of many Italian restaurants with a TV playing on the wall. Having said that, the rest of the experience was wonderful. They have a very interesting and unusual menu, full of treasures made with seasonal ingredients and presented in unusual ways. L'interno è accogliente e ben arredato con dei grandi finestroni che danno luce e respiro alla sala. I ragazzi all'interno (cucina e sala) sono tutti giovani,accoglienti,pazienti e preparati. La cucina è gourmet con piatti rivisitati ed accostamenti impensati ma sapienti e soddisfacenti sia alla vista che al palato.
