Ammucca - Sicilian Quality Meat Food — Restaurant in Syracuse

We were very pleased to discover this establishment. It's a butcher's shop that also offers various pre-prepared meat and vegetable dishes. Guests can have a meal tailored to their preferences; they can select a piece of meat and have it prepared along with other accompaniments. We ordered a large steak, weighing just under a kilogram. Additionally, we had wonderful eggplants, zucchinis, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Everything was delicious; I can still feel the tenderness of the meat on my tongue to this day! The establishment is run by a very friendly butcher, and in the kitchen, there's a lady (perhaps his wife?). There are only a few tables (maybe around 5), as many people come just to purchase the butcher's specialties for home cooking. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the boss speaks English well, and provides friendly service. In a rainy lazy morning we were looking where to have some comforting food. We were about to go somewhere else and by mistake we came aceros this place - lucky us!!

The very pleasant gentleman with the charming smile was very inviting since we’ve opened the door of this small and cozy establishment. He gave us coupe of recommendations and made us feel like we are visiting a family relative who is about to serve us his home comforting meal. The place got full in a few mins and there was a long line of people who were trying to find where to sit. The smily gentleman was giving everyone the feeling they’ll soon be able to enjoy a warm meal of good meats. This is a restaurant I visited after seeing it on YouTube. I was so satisfied with this restaurant on my first visit that I visited it twice. On my first visit, I ordered assorted grilled meat, caponita, beer, and wine, and all the dishes were delicious. In particular, the grilled chicken and grilled pork weren't salty and were the best grilled meat I've ever had. The sausage is rather salty, so it is not recommended for Koreans. The second time, we went for lunch and ordered various types of grilled skewers. The skewers were not salty and were really delicious.
