Ristorante Pizzeria Paradiso — Restaurant in Torri del Benaco

Ordered a wine and a starter to share and two main courses…. Wine came, starter took a bit longer than I would have liked…. But hey… it was clearly busy…. No problem. Then it went pear shaped……. Plates were cleared away and it was like we were invisible… I think the waiter was sent to catch our trout from the lake but couldn’t get the fish to bite. Eventually I went inside to pray…. Sorry…pay for what we had had - 1 starter, 1litre house wine ( which was , I’m fairly sure watered down… I know my cheap wine and normally after drinking half a litre on my own I’m dancing on the table)…. Zero effect….and a bottle of water…33€ … oh yeah, we munched through a basket of the free bread bits…. Sadly there was no apology or any sign of a customer friendly attitude… “ in September it is better”… this bit of advice was free ….. yea, spoiled the evening really and I hope that this review helps people make an informed decision as to where they choose to spend their well...

Loved this restaurant in Torri del Garda. Located right on the waterfront of spectacular Lago Di Garda one of my favourite places to visit in Italy. Panoramic views of this exquisite lake are breathtaking. The service is excellent, staff very friendly & speak several languages. My travelling companion had the locally caught salmon which was delicious & I had Costolette di agnello. Equally delicious & cooked to perfection. Eine echte Empfehlung – tolle Pizza & großartiger Service in Torri del Benaco!

Während meines Urlaubs am Gardasee war ich in Torri del Benaco unterwegs und bin bei einem Spaziergang an einer Pizzeria vorbeigekommen. Außen stand, dass die Pizzen mit Reismehlanteil und im Holzofen zubereitet werden – das klang für mich nach echter Qualität, also bin ich direkt neugierig geworden.

Obwohl das Restaurant relativ leer war (es war Nebensaison), habe ich mich erkundigt, ob geöffnet ist. Der Kellner war unglaublich freundlich, hat direkt offen und herzlich reagiert und mir gesagt, dass es aktuell nur Pizza gibt – was für mich genau richtig war.

Ich wurde nicht einfach irgendwo hingesetzt – nein, ich durfte mir ganz in Ruhe aussuchen, ob ich lieber in der Sonne oder im Schatten sitzen möchte. Es wurden mir mehrere Plätze angeboten. Was mich wirklich beeindruckt hat, war der Service: Der Kellner war sehr professionell, herzlich und sympathisch. Er hat durchgehend gelächelt – ganz natürlich, nie aufgesetzt. Egal, was er gemacht hat – er war einfach ein positiver, offener Mensch. So einen guten Service habe ich selten erlebt.

Die Pizza selbst war superlecker – ich hatte eine mit viel Käse, der Boden war perfekt knusprig, und alles war geschmacklich auf den Punkt. Dazu eine Cola – ganz einfach, aber richtig gut. Preis-Leistung war absolut fair, und ich habe gerne Trinkgeld gegeben.

Ob ich nochmal nach Torri del Benaco komme, weiß ich nicht – aber wenn, dann werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hier essen. Für mich eine der besten Pizzen, die ich am Gardasee gegessen habe. Service, Qualität, Atmosphäre – alles hat gestimmt. Danke für dieses...
