The food was sub par at best. Service was ok, I feel sorry for the waiter having to justify cover charge when the food was sooo bad. The absolute worst thing for me was the fake water. Charged 4 euros for tap water. The bottles of water have fake labels and fake bottle tops (the seals do not break and are not real) I suspect they just gather them all up at the end of the night, fill it with tap water and put the same bottle cap on it. I broke the label of our bottle so they could t do that again, I failed to break the bottle top (as I tried to see if the seal was real or. It). If you google the water name it’s a provider in Canada… not very authentic. Every other restaurant we visited had water with broken seals when we opened them. Für deutsche Gäste lesenswert! Wir liefen heute Abend an dem Restaurant vorbei und sahen, wie einer der Kellner Pizzen rausbrachte. Sie sahen sehr lecker und frisch aus. Unvoreingenommen und ohne große Erwartungen an das Restaurant, nahmen wir Platz. Das gut aussehende Essen täuschte uns aber sofort. Vorerst verwechselte der Kellner unsere Vorspeisen mit denen, des Nachbartisches. So mussten wir neben den (normalen) 30 Minuten Wartezeit nochmal 20 Minuten länger warten. Das von mir bestellte Carpaccio war grauenhaft, da ist der "Schinken" für 3 Euro in einem Supermarkt besser. Die Pizza, als Hauptgang, war ölig und der Käse war wie ein Kaugummi. Die Bedienungen waren schlicht überfordert mit der Situation 3 Vorspeisen und 3 Hauptspeisen geordnet und zeitnah zu servieren. Ich würde das Restaurant keineswegs empfehlen!!!

We walked past the restaurant tonight and saw one of the waiters bringing out pizzas. They looked very tasty and fresh. Unbiased and without great expectations of the restaurant, we took a seat. But the good-looking food deceived us immediately. At first the waiter confused our starters with those of the table next door. So we had to wait another 20 minutes longer than the (normal) 30 minutes waiting time. The carpaccio I ordered was horrible, the "ham" for 3 Euro is better in a supermarket. The pizza, as main course, was oily and the cheese was like chewing gum. The waiters were simply overstrained with the situation to serve 3 starters and 3 main courses in an orderly and timely manner. I would not recommend the restaurant at all!!!

Questa sera siamo passati davanti al ristorante e abbiamo visto uno dei camerieri che tirava fuori le pizze. Sembravano molto gustosi e freschi. Senza pregiudizi e senza grandi aspettative nei confronti del ristorante, ci siamo seduti. Ma il cibo di bell'aspetto ci ha ingannato subito. All'inizio il cameriere ha confuso i nostri antipasti con quelli del tavolo accanto. Così abbiamo dovuto aspettare altri 20 minuti in più rispetto ai (normali) 30 minuti di attesa. Il carpaccio che ho ordinato era orribile, il "prosciutto" a 3 euro è meglio in un supermercato. La pizza, come piatto principale, era oleosa e il formaggio era come una gomma da masticare. I camerieri sono stati semplicemente sovraccaricati dalla situazione per servire 3 antipasti e 3 portate principali in modo ordinato e tempestivo. Non vi consiglio affatto...

Would have left 0 if I could I'm so upset. I had a lovely meal here with my family (myself, my husband and our 3 kids) this evening - lovely atmosphere, lovely waiters. The sting in the tail was the cover charge that came with the bill - a whopping 10 euros per person. While I understand that there is often a cover charge in Italy this one was ridiculous. There was no mention of this on the menu board at the entrance and the waiters didn't mention it. Our meal was 100 euros with an extra 50 added on for the cover charge. That's a hefty addition for one family! I questioned it with the waiter who gave me the bill and told me to go see the manager (apparently the manager was not sufficiently interested in his customers to come see us and explain).
