Worst customer service / experience!!! Service was extremely slow and they weren't able to serve half of their menu, almost everything we wanted was 'out of stock'. Decided to have grilled octopus for which we had to wait for a long time...finally got it and big surprise: it was so rubbery and hard that we were struggling to cut it/chew it. Everyone from the table agreed that it's not well cooked (living in Malta and having easy access to all types of sea food, I think we know a thing or 2 about how it should be prepared). After just a few bites, we informed 2 waiters that we are unhappy with the plate overall and sent the plate back to the kitchen. I was shocked when no compensation/solution was offered, not even asked if we would like to order something else...even more than that, we got the bill and the octopus was listed for 42 euro!!!! The waiters and the chef raised their voices multiple times and had a really bad and arrogant attitude, claiming that it was perfectly cooked... the total amount of the bill was 360 euro because we were a big group, but we were treated like we were trying to fool them or get a discount for the entire bill... Completely disappointed, having to pay a crazy amount for such a terrible service and...

We wanted some authentic Sicilian food and seafood for our last dinner on vacation. We’re so glad we found this gem only three minutes away from where we were staying.

The staff was so attentive, kind and knowledgeable about their menu. All of the food was delicious and got rave reviews from the rest of the party.

We ordered calamari, octopus salad, mussels and fried for antipasti and they were perfect. The star was the calamari, perfectly golden and crispy.

For dinner I had the Bulvarian pork shank and it was amazing. So tender, full of flavor and a nice portion. Others had ordered the seafood platter, seafood risotto, mixed meat plate, sweet and sour swordfish and a pasta pomodoro for my daughter.

We all agreed that the the bulvarian pork shank tasted better than the mixed meat plate if you’re deciding between the two.
