Today we had a second dinner in this restaurant and have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the restaurant boasts a gorgeous view that truly sets the stage for a memorable evening. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavor. However, the service was a major letdown. The staff were super rude and offensive, which really dampened the overall experience. The waiter refused to work with our table and we still don’t know why. We were not rude or disrespectful. The manager girl saved our evening but it was still really stressful. It's unfortunate that such a beautiful location and excellent cuisine are overshadowed by such poor service. If the management could address this issue, it would make for a perfect dining...

We went up on the terrace which has great views, and everything regarding the food was perfect. The only not so good part was the service: the waiters were not very friendly, and forgot our water too.

For the starter, we shared some ragu pasta. It was “wow”, just “wow”. The sauce was sooo good, and the pasta had the perfect texture.

We did not realize for the main dish that we got the steak that it was to be cooked by us. It was completely seared but rare on the inside. But this was the best part! It came in a hot clay plate, with some super hot butter, so you cook your sliced beef right the way you wanted it!! And the meat was high quality...

La nostra non è stata un' esperienza positiva, purtroppo mi ritrovo a dissentire dalle altre recensioni. Il posto è situato sulle colline sopra Ossuccio, si raggiunge in auto, dove c' è un parcheggio, oppure a piedi percorrendo la famosa greenway. È un angolino delizioso, ricco di fiori, piante, ci sono tavolini nel prato e sulla terrazza che si affaccia sul lago e isola Comacina. Il ristorante è una casa a due piani, la parte sottostante ha un ampio locale con tavoli e un bancone bar. E li si trova anche il bagno. Si salgono delle scale esterne e ci si ritrova su una bellissima terrazza, totalmente aperta in estate, o coperta con teli in plastica nelle altre stagioni. Nella sala da pranzo veniamo accolti dal titolare. Ci fa accomodare ad un tavolo, ma alla prenotazione telefonica, abbiamo chiesto di stare esterni sul lato lago, perciò chiedo di spostarci. C'era un tavolo identico dove volevamo metterci, ovviamente vuoto. Alla mia richiesta, il titolare mi ha risposto secco che era prenotato. Ho detto che anche noi avevamo prenotato, ma non c' è stato niente da fare. Avevamo un' ospite con noi, mi è spiaciuto non potesse godere della vista, che dal nostro tavolo non avevamo, nonostante lui dicesse che il lago si vede da tutti i tavoli. Dal menù scelgo un antipasto, ma mi viene detto che qualsiasi antipasto è per minimo due persone. Calcolando che un antipasto costava 17 euro, per due antipasti avremmo dovuto spenderne 34! E sinceramente è la prima volta che mi succede che l'antipasto non possa essere diviso! Perciò ci rinunciamo. Ordiniamo due piatti di pici, uno col ragù e uno con cacio e pepe con guanciale croccante, e un piatto di gnocchetti di pane e patate con fonduta. La pasta era scotta, la pancetta cruda, gli gnocchetti insipidi. Abbiamo avanzato pasta e gnocchi. I dolci invece erano buoni. Abbiamo speso 81 euro, senza vino e con un solo caffè. Sono rimasta molto delusa, sia dal cibo, ma soprattutto dall' atteggiamento, sicuramente non signorile, del titolare. Mi spiace perché ci vuole tanto poco a soddisfare i clienti, e, tanto per concludere, il famoso tavolo che era prenotato, non è mai...
