I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere that set the tone for the evening.
The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the homemade pastas. It was cooked to perfection, with a delightful texture that truly showcased the chef's craft. The dish was beautifully complemented by local cheeses that added a rich, creamy flavour, and the mixed beans provided a hearty, wholesome touch that made each bite a delight.
As for the wine selection, it was nothing short of fantastic. Each sip paired wonderfully with the food, enhancing the overall dining experience. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and offered excellent recommendations, making the meal even more enjoyable.
What truly surprised me was the price. Given the quality of the food and service, I expected to pay a premium, but this restaurant offers remarkable value. Itâs a rare find to enjoy such exquisite cuisine without breaking the bank!
If youâre looking for a place that combines amazing food, friendly service, and great wine at an affordable price, look no further than here. I canât...
Read moreThe best meal we had in Italy hands down. EVERYTHING was delicious. All the ingredients are so fresh (we sat next to a cute garden where they grow their tomatoes, chilies, eggplants, they even make their own olive oil). They have incredible wines from their vineyard. But even better than the food is the staff. Gianni is the nicest person we have met during our trip. We had met him at his vineyard earlier in the week (amazing experience there also, must visit) and he invited us to the restaurant. He introduced us to the lovely chef and his wife. Follow their recommendations for your dinner, you wonât be disappointed. We were a big group of 11 adults with 3 kids and we had the chance to taste many items on the menu (zucchini flowers, polpette, pork cheek cavatelli, eggplant parmigiana, egglant stuffed with cheese, melted scarmoza cheese with dried tomatoes, acquasale). What an amazing dinner, i wish i could dine there everyday. Without a doubt, we will be back if we are ever in the region again. Grazie mille..for everything. We wonât forget our...
Read moreI had the pleasure of visiting the Tredaniele restaurant in Trentinara this past November with friends, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The dining room was impeccably clean, warm, and invitingâperfect for the cooler weather. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The menu offered a wide variety of dishes, so there was something for everyone to enjoy. My personal favourite was the ravioli with truffle! The flavours were rich and perfectly balanced. We also paired our meal with a bottle of their wine, which was exceptional and complemented the food beautifully.
We were lucky enough to meet Gianni, the owner, who insisted we taste another two of his wines. At the end of the evening, on top of the delicious food and excellent wine, the prices were very reasonable. I was pleasantly...
