Review notes I had the pasta carbonara to start. The pasta came out about room temperature and the pasta was inedible. The waiter said it was impossible to correct and that it was cooked all dente, but this dish was severely undercooked. The pancetta also was cooler than the pasta and had very hard bits in it which made it hard to consume. The beer I ordered was the house blond and it was really good.

We had to wait 20 minutes to get the starter and over 1 hour to get the main meal. There was nobody in the restaurant besides 2 other couples and they did not look happy either.

The salt and pepper dispensers on our table were very sticky to the touch as if they haven’t been cleaned in over a year and years of grease from food residue. The house sauce had a glaze from being exposed to air and may have been sitting in the serving dish for too long. The French fries are cooked to perfection and the chicken was not seasoned good. We initially tried to order desert but the waiter did not allow it and said we must wait. Not really a gentleman, not a good waiter. He seemed to be ordering the other waitress around and giving weird looks. The atmosphere of this place does not fit the outside vibe very well, it is a bit bland compared to other places of the same theme. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you want to have a good dinner. È la seconda volta che vengo qui a mangiare la prima con un gruppo di amici (circa 20 persone) poi con la famiglia ( 12 persone) e in entrambi i casi sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Il locale presenta un arredamento molto particolare, sembrano più ambienti diversi ma unito da un filo conduttore che gli dà un aspetto molto caratteristico, ci sono zone adatte a tutte le esigenze da gruppi molto numerosi a chi vuol star un po’ in tranquillità. Qui siamo nel tempio dei carnivori e la carne FÀ e DEVE fare da padrona, tagli pregiati qualità altissima del prodotto offerto ne giustifica a pieno il prezzo che non trovo assolutamente alto o fuori luogo (qui non siamo da McDonald o roadhouse) qui il controllo qualità c’è e si vede anzi.....si sente😉. Che fa da ago della bilancia alla fine è il personale, per quanto un prodotto sia ottimo se hai avuto una brutta esperienza con un cameriere, caposala, barista,cuoco ecc molto probabilmente in quel locale non ci entrerai più e questo più che altri aspetti ne determina vita o morte. Qui non è quel caso anzi vieni accolto con gentilezza e molti sorrisi tutto il personale è sempre disponibile e ben curato nell’aspetto che non va sottovalutato. Quindi perché 4 stelle su 5? Per 2 motivi anzi due “virgole” la prima è il pane..... dovrebbe arrivare assieme alle portate principali senza doverlo chiedere o vederlo arrivare quasi alla fine, la seconda può sembrare poco importante ma personalmente non lo è...se vedo passare un cameriere con un piatto molto invitante e poi gli chiedo cos’è perché potrei essere interessato a prendere la stessa cosa (alle volte vedere un piatto non è come leggerlo nel menù), non posso se pur con la consueta gentilezza sentirmi dire che non sa cos’è e bisogna chiedere a chi prende gli ordini perché non lo trovo accettabile. Great atmosphere. Nice location. Well cooked meat. Good service. We booked as we weren’t been there before but we we arrived there was just empty table which was a bit weird for being a Friday night. Nevertheless, everything was excellent. I highly recommend the Parillada which is for 2/3 people. I would say 3.
