Forget the pizza for a second (yes, I said it). The real star here? The chips. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and seasoned with what I can only assume is a sprinkle of culinary witchcraft.

Of course, the pizza is fantastic too—properly thin, bubbly crust, and toppings that don’t slide off like they’re trying to escape. But those chips… if they sold them by the bucket, I’d sign up for a subscription.

It can't be faulted for what is served at the prices charged. There was an initial misunderstanding, however, after we paid at the counter about the need to listen for our order being called and then to go and collect. A small number of tables for customers to eat in....

In un periodo come questo le occasioni per ordinare una pizza d'asporto non sono mancate. Nonostante la numerosa concorrenza in città, scegliamo sempre e comunque LA PRIMA! La pizza è uno spettacolo, preparata con una lievitazione che la rende immediatamente digeribile, con un grande assortimento di gusti e ingredienti di qualità. I gestori del locale sono due giovani ragazzi professionali e simpatici, e dal primo momento sapevo ne sarebbe valsa la pena dar loro fiducia. A denotare la loro onestà anche il fatto che, ad esempio, non chiedano il sovrapprezzo per la mozzarella senza lattosio (cosa che altrove non accade, come se l'intolleranza fosse un lusso...). Degne di nota anche le pucce: una golosità da provare, con la stessa fragranza dell'impasto e bontà della materia...
