Cute outdoor place with chill music There are 3 service employees who are all friendly but a bit confused and too busy

We took the appetizer which was great baby squid And the gnocci wie melanzana as primi piatti

But afterwards was a disaster

We get the worst hummer ever, there was no meat on it and as we asked she explained us that the chef overcooked it but… but this explanation came after asking several times and almost no excuse

Later on we took scorfano fish 350gr but received at the end 100gr as we wanted it cleaned… however so we had to order more food as we were still hungry

Afterwards the the taglioni came pasta was delicious but the crab on it was really not enjoyable so again not a great meal

As we read that the tiramisu here must be faboulus we had to try it (we were still hungry) and i must admit that it was just „ok“

And than as we asked for the bill we get the hummer at the bill which is in my opinion unacceptable after having such a bad experience they just took out 35€ but forget the hummer - no discount nothing received upon this whole experience (at the end they took it out as it was a favor for us)

Siamo stati ospiti lo scorso 19 agosto, io (indigena salentina) e un mio caro e tremendo amico (salentino e chef a Milano), di quelli che quando ti chiedono di prenotare ti viene un po' l'ansia da prestazione. La locanda è ospitata in una graziosa cornice, una piazzetta sobria e ben allestita con gusto e un occhio alla tradizione (banchi di lavoro, 'mattrebanche' colorate, tavoli e sedie in stile vintage salentino). Vengo al sodo: tartare di ricciola non convenzionale nella presentazione e negli abbinamenti, colorata, profumata e generosa. melanzana con spada perfettamente bilanciata, gusto saporito e impreziosito con pomodorini confit da 10 e lode. linguine con datterino giallo e gamberi di Leuca. Qui mi devo dilungare. Ho letto talune recensioni nefaste in merito a questo piatto che mi hanno lasciato abbastanza di stucco. La pasta utilizzata è di un marchio salentino fiore all'occhiello, che si distingue per una necessità di servizio al dente e da una consistenza estremamente fluida, "amidosa". Non è una pasta qualunque, non è una base su cui poggiarci gli ingredienti perché è lei a far da padrona. La linguina della Locanda era un matrimonio perfetto con la salsa. Se poi alcuni ospiti impiegano 10 min a far foto e instagrammare non è colpa della pasta se si compatta! Che diamine! Gamberi freschi insaporiti da limone e polvere di prezzemolo hanno fatto il resto. sagne torte con pescatrice e salsa al datterino rosso: la prova che la sagna della domenica che le nonne ci proponevano rigorosamente con sugo o al massimo ragù, sono come il nero, vanno bene su tutto! Un piatto di chiara estrazione tradizionale ma deciso e molto soddisfacente. bignè croccanti con fichi freschi e mousse vaccina.. Ne avrei mangiati 12. cremoso al cocco con granita passion fruit, sapore fresco e delicato, alla faccia di chi predilige sempre e solo sorbetto e palle di gelato. Ad accompagnare il tutto una focaccia multicereali, che il mio compagno di tavola non ha fatto in tempo ad assaggiare. Un bianco d'Alessano, acqua e passito. Conto onesto, onestissimo se si paragona ad altri locali certamente più low profile per location, servizio e proposta. Nice atmosphere, but disappointing food

The evening started off well—the ambiance was lovely and the starter was quite good. Encouraged by that, we decided to order the 600g lobster. Unfortunately, what we received was mostly sauce with barely any meat. After raising the issue, they replaced the dish with a different fish, which was significantly smaller than what was promised.

To make matters worse, the final bill still included the full charge for the original lobster with no meat. We spent approximately 2.5 hours there and still left hungry. Throughout the whole experience, the staff showed no real concern or apology for the situation. Very...
