After a walk along the karst cliffs, we stopped at the bar to enjoy two glasses of Prosecco. The place is a typical small bar catering mostly to elderly locals, so we enjoyed the authentic atmosphere and decided to order some antipasti (bread, ham and cheese for two), a small bottle of water and a small Aperol. On the way out, we got one ice cream and half a litre of Prosecco to take away. Upon receiving the invoice, we realised that we did not check for the prices up-front - 32 EUR total. If going there, make sure you check the menu for everything you order up-front to avoid such a surprise! For us, it was at least 30% over-priced and certainly not what a local...

The place is so nice! Perfect if you are doing sport, biking, trekking, or enjoying with friends and want to make a break to enjoy a good coffee, or have an amazing lunch of regional food as Prosciutto Crudo and cotto, cheese, enjoy a sparkling Prosecco and finish with a nice cappuccino! Ammetto che sono tornato in questo locale dopo molto tempo, e nel mentre la gestione deve essere cambiata. Il locale e' un tipico bar con arredi vintage vecchio stile che ti sembra di fare un salto nel passato ma la vecchia gestione era un connubio perfetto di ambiente familiare senza grosse pretese cibo buono e prezzo senza sorprese. Memore di questo ho voluto comunque provare e ho preso due pastine, non le famose carsoline che erano già finite , ma un altro tipo di dolce. Sicuramente buono ma cinque euro a porzione non lo trovo giustificato, né per la tipologia di dolce , né per il tipo di servizio offerto, né per la tipologia di locale ( identico a prima e non rinnovato) Ripeto dolce buono ma globalmente svincolato dal prezzo richiesto considerando anche che e' stato preso per asporto.
