This bakery was INCREDIBLE. The staff are so, so nice. We were on a hiking trip through Slovenia and hiked into Italy our last day-this was the fist place we went! Also, if anyone knows the name of the cookie in the far right corner of this photo (crescent/horseshoe shaped with tiny chocolate chips and lemon zest) I would so appreciate it!! Grazie!!

Although the way to it requires walking along a busy road without sidewalks, drinking coffee and eating cake has already become a tradition for travelers heading from Croatia to the interior of Europe. I recommend it.
