Cloud9 di Villa Sassi - Ristorante ed American Bar — Restaurant in Turin

We had the absolute best time at Cloud 9 Torino Restaurant on Saturday, 7th June 2025, celebrating our best friend’s birthday — it was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. The ambiance, lighting, and energy of the place set the tone for a truly special evening.

A huge shoutout to our incredible server, Roberto, who truly made the night unforgettable. From the start, Roberto went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive — always checking in at just the right moments without being intrusive. His genuine friendliness and attention to detail made us feel like VIPs all evening. He anticipated our needs before we even asked, offered great recommendations, and made everyone feel celebrated and cared for. Honestly, Roberto is a shining example of what outstanding service looks like. He absolutely elevated our experience and is a big part of why the night felt so magical.

The entertainment was just as amazing — the singer/performer was phenomenally talented and kept us entertained and singing along the entire night. Such a fantastic atmosphere, filled with energy, fun, and genuine joy.

From start to finish, the evening was flawless. Incredible service, unforgettable entertainment, delicious food, and a beautiful setting. Thank you, Cloud 9 (and especially Roberto!), for giving us a night to remember. We’ll definitely be back...

Overall, it was not good value for money.

The food was innovative, but lacked serious amounts of seasonings. The portion sizes were also terrible.We paid €110 for two alc. free drinks, a starter, bread, 3 oysters and two mains and still left feeling really hungry. Just to give you an idea how small portions are. There were a few things on the menu that were not available on the day, even though we were clearly the first ones in, so if you’re going in hoping to try something specific, I would advise against it.

The place was nice but we arrived at around 8:15ish and were the only ones there for dinner which was odd. It didn’t get lively till about 9:45 when we were leaving and that’s also when DJ started playing. I also noticed the customers looked Hangry, as food arriving and staff’s attention took forever.

The service overall was not fab either. It took a lot of time to get attention from staff too. The tables are tiny, so you would expect the staff to pick empty plates. It’s a shame as we did really wanted to like it, but genuinely it was a bit...

Curiosi di provare questo nuovo locale ci siamo venuti con amici, la domenica per il brunch. Appena arrivati la prima brutta sorpresa: il menù era diverso da quello presentato sul loro sito online. Non solo i piatti ma anche i prezzi, di brunch c'era ben poco.Alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni sul perché il menù fosse diverso da quello proposto sul loro sito ci viene detto che " ormai fa caldo , le persone non riuscivano a finire i piatti, così abbiamo deciso di cambiarli con un menù più estivo". Ordiniamo un insalata nizzarda , un uovo pochè, un club sandwich e un uovo con avocado e salmone. PORZIONI RIDICOLE: il club sandwich era un mini club sandwich nel senso che era la metà di un toast, i due piatti di uova erano minuscoli , l'unica portata da considerarsi un vero piatto l'insalata. Tutto il resto si poteva a malapena considerare una piccola entree, non certo portate principali di un brunch domenicale. Fermiamo un cameriere per chiedere come mai le porzioni fossero così ridotte ( soprattutto il club sandwich venduto ad euro 13) ci viene risposto " questa è la politica del ristorante, li abbiamo sempre presentati così". Ci aspettavamo come minimo di ricevere del pane da mangiare di contorno con le uova ( un piatto era impossibile da mangiare senza cucchiaio che non era nemmeno inserito nel set di posate sul tavolo) visto che sono un piatto liquido e da pucciare ...ma ovviamente nulla, del pane nemmeno l'ombra. Chiediamo quindi di poterne avere un po', visto che eravamo in 4 persone, dopo svariato tempo ci vengono portati 4 quadretti di focaccia. Innervositi dall' esperienza e dalla fame decidiamo di non ordinare altro e di chiedere il conto ( di cui allego foto) . Premetto che sul menù non era indicato ne il pezzo del coperto (3 euro a persona ) ne il prezzo dell' acqua ( ordinabile solo in formato da 50 ml alla modica cifra di 4 euro a bottiglia). Non solo 30 euro di acqua e coperto ma ci vengono anche messi in conto 10 euro di focaccia. Ovviamente andiamo alla cassa e facciamo notare che se il pane non viene considerato incluso nel coperto come minimo se è un pane da 10 euro va specificato nel momento dell' ordine, almeno questo , ci viene levato dal conto totale. Sunto: andateci se volete bervi un drink ma non di certo a mangiare o fare brunch perché da mangiare non c'è né. Per me bocciatissimo sicuramente non ci tornerò peccato perché la location è molto bella ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è totalmente...
