Girarrosto Il Polletto — Restaurant in Turin

I ordered the food twice, after few years where my previous experience with them was good (since I went to live live in another country), I don't know if the owners changed or the menagament... but the food is beyond horrible:

Chicken: low quality, it was undercooked (in fact I had a stomach ache), small portion for the price

the worst roasted potatoes I've seen (probably they sent me potatoes from the evening before or morning, since I ordered for dinner twice), hard to chew (careful you might get a cracked tooth), overcooked, really low quality... I wish I had taken a picture before tossing them away, and they arrived partially cold..

In the end, I gave them 2 chances (since years ago was okay, I gave them the benefit of the doubt), but both times it was an awful experience...

I polli a girarrosto in città sembrano diventati rari, invasi da kepap etc. Scartati quelli da centri commerciali alla fine sono arrivato a "Il polletto". L' insegna è d'impatto e ben visibile dalla strada. In vetrina girano a vista due spiedi di polli e l'aspetto è invitante. L'approccio al cliente gentile, deciso e professionale. Ricevo anche il consiglio giusto per eventualmente riscaldarlo al forno in casa, che poi seguirò. Il gusto è buono. Il prezzo è nella media e con un prezzo inferiore di poco, tipo il 10%,...

Ordinato tramite Glovo. Ci ha messo più tempo del previsto, ma il tutto è arrivato in buone condizioni apparte le patate un po' schiacciate. In riassunto: Polletto davvero ottimo e ben speziato, Peccato per le patate non erano molto buone, ben lontane dalle patate al forno a cui sono abituato, Olive all'ascolana molto croccanti, Nuggets gustosi.
