What a nice place! First of all the range of cakes is impressive. Especially I love their sacher cake and pistachio muffin. Then the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would name them: Luca, Vlad and a brunette girl whose name I don't know for the moment. Everyone was ready to give more information about the cakes, you can pay as you wish cash or card and it was just nice to have a small talk. Prodotti di qualità ma personale pessimo. Premetto che sono una cliente abituale, compro spesso molte brioche la mattina da portare a lavoro, anche 30/40 per volta. La commessa marocchina, pur conoscendo la mia fedeltà come cliente decide di trattarmi in modo indecente. Prima rifilandomi delle pizzette con würstel quando avevo chiaramente chiesto delle pizzette margherite. Quando ho fatto notare che avevo chiesto pizzette di un altro tipo mi è stato risposto arrogantemente di togliere il würstel, lo trovo allucinante. Ma passo oltre e decido di tacere perché ripeto, sono una cliente e apprezzo molto i prodotti. Chiedo e brioche, premetto che i gusti erano chiaramente indicati sullo scontrino precedentemente fatto in cassa. Mi chiede i gusti e glieli ripeto, lei va a riempire di ricotta una brioche e si confonde. Mi mette nel sacchetto una brioche non richiesta e quando glielo faccio notare sbuffa ed esordisce dicendo io te l’ho chiesto e tu mi hai pure confermato. Li perso le staffe e le dico che è maleducata e che mi sta trattando con po a professionalità da quando sono arrivata. Le dico il commesso quando sbaglia con il cliente chiede scusa, non fa pure l’arrogante. Lei mi dice con fare arrogantissimo IO NON CHIEDO SCUSA A NESSUNO. Questo dimostra solo la sua piccolezza come persona. Mi da le brioche e con un sorriso sarcastico mi dice che Dio ti benedica. Ma che modi sono? Che trattamento è questi nei confronti dei clienti?
