Small family restaurant, offering pizza both to eat at the restaurant and to go. They use a wood oven, so it gives a nice taste to the pizza. All is fairly priced, as in most small restaurants, so your wallet can take a break. My only reservation is that there is too much sauce for the 4 cheese pizza, and you need to wait a bit for the topping to cool down and harden a bit. Vado in questa pizzeria da quando ero bambino perché è un riferimento per tutti noi cresciuti a Pozzo Strada. Fino agli anni Novanta a Torino si mangiava la pizza al tegamino. Si trovava ovunque, preceduta da una bella porzione di farinata con il pepe. Ora la pizza al tegamino è sempre più rara, sostituita da pizze gourmet oppure, peggio ancora, da Poke e catene di panini pubblicizzati da un influencer che ti chiede se lo vuoi con la mollica o senza o se la tua schiacciata fuma. Stiamo perdendo i nostri riferimenti per uniformarci a roba sempre più scadente consegnata a domicilio da poveri Cristi sotto l'acqua e non ce ne preoccupiamo nemmeno quando chiude l'ultima attività del quartiere aperta da 40 anni. Anche se non abito più a Torino, quando torno mi siedo ad un tavolo da Sibio nonostante consegnino a domicilio. Non me ne frega nulla degli arredi o del tovagliato, anzi, mi basta sapere che la pizza al tegamino e la farinata sarà sempre buona e la signora che mi conosce da quando ero bocia mi chieda come sto, perché mi riconosce ancora nonostante l'assenza. Provateci dal cameriere del tizio influencer e vedete se si ricorderà chi siete.

I ordered 3 pizzas at Pizzeria Papillon and two were different than what I ordered. I called the pizzeria to tell them about the problem but they hung up and never answered.
