Tortemania — Restaurant in Turin

I discovered this place by chance and since then we have visited quite frequently as we live around the corner. However after the recent visits, with disappointment I leave a 4 star review. Let's start with the good: brioche are great with interesting and unique flavours such as tropical chocolate; fruit with Yoghurt; caramel with pecans. Coffee is decent, ample seats, staff in general are cordial. The not so good: service is slow and disorganised. Often they do not serve customers systematically in order of their arrival/ordering, which is disorganised and unfair to customers who arrive earlier and end up waiting long. The brioche also vary significantly in size: one could be easily 2/3 the size of another. At times we have been served a small brioche, and other times a large brioche, all at the same price. Recensione per il servizio bar: Sono stato ormai diverse volte in questo locale per fare colazione. La posizione purtroppo non lo mette in risalto come merita, infatti, pur vivendo a pochi passi da qui, alcuni dei miei amici non l'avevano neppure mai visto. Dopo averlo provato però, vi assicuro che rimane ben impresso. È raro trovare a Torino qualcuno che faccia delle brioches così buone, come pure il caffè, impeccabile. I ragazzi che lavorano qui sono sempre gentilissimi e super alla mano. Sono arrivato chiedendo che fosse preparata una cheesecake con sole 4 ore di anticipo e, anche se alla fine ho optato per un'altra torta già pronta nel frigo, hanno comunque detto che l'avrebbero preparata, cosa che altrove mi era stato detto essere "impossibile".
